Resident Profile: The Lawrence Family
How long have you lived in Pinewood Forest? We have lived in Pinewood Forest since August 2019.
What drew you to Pinewood Forest? Our family had just sold our home in Sandy Springs, so Eric and I came down to peruse the neighborhood and fell in love. We investigated the Forest School for our three boys and discovered our friend, Tyler Thigpen, was the headmaster! Our three teenagers visited the school and from that point on, they were begging us to move into the neighborhood.
What is the best part of living in Pinewood Forest? We love the thoughtful way the developers have intentionally planted seeds of community. In addition to community events, the beautiful green spaces inviting you to hang out, and the dog park and community mailboxes are all opportunities to see your neighbors and give a friendly wave or have a heartfelt conversation. The connection and community we feel with our new neighbors feeds our soul.
How does living in Pinewood Forest fuel your creativity? Eric and I work from home, and we feel so blessed to be a part of this unique community. If we are having a stressful day, we need only venture outside to enjoy the beautiful architecture and landscaping, which gives us a sense of order and serenity. The many outdoor spaces simply invite you in to pause your busy life and focus more on things that truly matter.
